Healing from Trauma
In the past 10 years, I have worked with a lot of adults who have minimized or pushed down a pain or memory from the past, so that they are not able to fully embrace life and experience the full spectrum of emotions. Healthier You Healthier World can help you deal with these suppressed emotions in a number of ways. I have experience with mindfulness, meditation, nutrition counseling, coping behavior modification, communication, and relationship issues.
I believe that a large portion of the adult population falls into abuse of some kind or some form of dysfunction in the family. Without the right tools, they are stuck in the same dialogue all of their life. Healthier You Healthier World is here to help you make positive changes in your life with the help of workshops, retreats, and counseling services. Individual Exercises That Help
Individual exercises for mental health are available online, or you can attend a workshop. You can do these exercises right from the comfort of your own home, and I offer homework, like writing and creative exercises, that help you dive deeper and let go of places where you are stuck. These short exercises, which take from 30 minutes to a couple of hours, are baby steps that will help you ease into my process without a long-term commitment. Acting as a great introduction, exercises start at $50.
